This morning, my hero David got us out of the unplowed driveway without 4WD. What a guy! And now the sun is shining, the roofs are dripping, and all this snow will soon be only a memory.

And now it is Thursday afternoon, and the sun is shining and melting it all away as if Mama Nature had never dumped half a foot of new snow on us at all.
Here in Northport, also, Gerry. I just hope our driveway is completely clear when we get home--and not yet a mud wallow, either.
This too shall pass....so they say.
It passed already. The driveway was clear by the time we got home, and what yesterday's sunshine didn't finish, today's rain probably will.
Smiling at "your hero David". Sounds like he did a great job! Really love your photos over at your other blog.
You should have seen him drive in Montreal, where people drive about the same way they do in Paris. He got INTO it! I'm glad you liked my snow photos, too, Kathy.
